Day 11

Well what a Tuesday...[sorry i didn't blog yesterday.. wasn't feelin it]
actually it was SO relaxing, it was AMAZING:)
I did chores.. made Matt breakfast..read..and thats about it..

1. I ran/walked 5 miles.. my stomach wasn't wanting to be nice to me today.. so unfortuanatly it took an hour to do my 5 miles... WAY too slow if i'm gonna kick some butt in that half marathon in March.. but, i'll come around.. very soon:)

2. I read my new devotion book and got ALL caught up.. and yes, i still love reading it:)

One of the best ones i read yesterday was about being extraordinary.. It talked about how God made all of us in our own special way and there is no reason we should compare ourselves to other people. I am guilty of spending alot of my time wishing i had long hair like ___ or i didn't have any pudge like ___ or i had as good of grades as ___....Why do we put ourselves through this? Always trying to be something or someone that God didn't intend for us to be. God makes all of us Perfect in his eyes, so why should we be trying to be perfect for other people? here's my train of thought...
God thinks i'm perfect...
Jason thinks i'm perfect...
My family things i'm perfect...
I'm perfect enough for my friends, or they wouldn't be my friends...
So, WHY CHANGE? I don't need to change for people i haven't met.. and there is nobody i'm trying to impress, sooo.. Be different..be happy with yourself...be crazy...be silly.. be random...

3. And, of course i took a picture.. kind of boaring.. but hey.. this was my day, and i enjoyed it.. i'm soaking in the relxation before school starts on tuesday..
